Top ten Tips for Marathon Runners
We see a huge amount of distance runners and we know well that training for a marathon takes its toll on your body. To help our Marathon runner patients, we have developed our “must do” Top 10 tips that will help you in the last few weeks leading up to the big day and most importantly help you all the way to the finish line. In addition, as a small good luck and well done, we would like to offer a €10 discount on all pre-race and post-race deep tissue sports massage before or after the Dublin Marathon.
